Addiction is a complicated disease and it affects people differently. That's why your care at Hazelden begins with an interdisciplinary clinical team developing a plan to address your specific needs. Your personalized treatment plan is influenced by a variety of factors: addictive substance, family history, existence of co-occurring illnesses, gender, physical health, stability of home and work environments, and many other variables. Tailoring treatment in this way ensures you the best opportunity for recovery.

Your treatment options

For some, residential addiction treatment is the most effective option. For others, outpatient care makes the most sense. A variety of treatment options are available at Hazelden in Naples, Florida and the care option determined for each patient is based on individual needs.

• Residential Day Treatment — A 24/7 addiction treatment program with clinical care and on-site condominium living.
• Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment — A six-week treatment program, two evenings each week and Saturdays.
• Outpatient Detoxification — Medically supervised outpatient detoxification services for pain medications, narcotics and other opiates. Clients can receive services while living at home or they can live on campus.  Inpatient detoxification services are provided by our community partner, Naples Community Hospital.
• Aftercare - Programs and services to support and strengthen the basic tools for living a clean and sober life.
